WEIGH - IN PROCEDURE:
1) Go to weigh-in registration area and check in.
2) Pick up registration/weigh-in card.
3) Proceed to weigh-in scales and weigh-ins. Parents are NOT Allowed in weigh-in area.
4) Have skin and nails check by ref.
5) Wrestler must weigh-in wearing a Singlet or T/Shirt or Shorts. 6’s, 8’s, & 10’s ½ lbs. allowance. 12’s & 14’s 1lbs. allowance.
6) Hair Net or Mouth Guard needs to be present only if applicable
7) Have the right upper arm marked with age group and weight class.

January 23, 2012 This year’s banquet is tentatively scheduled for February 9th. I will have confirmation of this within a few days.
January 23, 2012 For the 6’s and 8’s, practice will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 - 7:30.
For the 10’s, 12’s and 14’s, practice will be on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 6:00 - 8:00.
